Donations can be made at the Village Plaza donation center in the former location of Masse Lounge behind the Laundry Wednesday - Saturday, and at the Carrboro store, located at 103 Jones Ferry Road, in Carrboro Monday - Saturday from 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
| Beginning Monday, July 30, 2007, the PTA Thrift Shop Plaza Donation site will not receive donations on Mondays and Tuesdays. Regular donation hour will resume on Wednesdays. Thank your for your cooperation and support. |
The ideal donor arrives at a donation site (furniture should be brought to Carrboro) on a sunny day with gently used in-season items. All of the buttons are attached on the clothing, the zippers work and there are no stains or spots. Electrical appliances are clean and in working order. Household items and furniture are clean, intact, with no rust, tears or chips.
Please inform the recipient of your donation when you bring a high value item. Call 417-0553 to arrange a truck pickup of large items.
